Yea, I've heard a smidgen about that course. Apparently its all done under full tactical clothing and NVG's. Supposed to be pretty boss.

Lol most i did on my infantry course was 5k with a sandbag and people were dying. God the weakness...

I worked with a guy that did some time in the Red Army. He was telling me about how their runs were with full loadouts... so it wasn't so much a run as a super long fast walk-trying to fall but not hit the ground-squatty duck walk type run. He also told me about how they wrapped their feet with rags, as apposed to having socks. It works, I have to admit. If you do it wrong, you learn the right way fast.

My POG Bn can beat that easily. 30 pound packs (no armor), going DOWNHILL and on flat ground..... Three drops in the first half mile.
....that's what you get when your battalion is half computer nerds.
