They didn't do a good job showing the passage of time, nor did they do much character development for Selina Kyle (Catwoman). Not as good as the other two in those regards, but the overall emotional tone was perfect. Emotional attachment to Levitt's character happened, sympathy for Oldman's decision, empathy for Caine's character was near instantaneous.
Well put. Your only chronological device was the fact that they said it'd blow in 5months. That's it. So that was kind of weak. And yes, I would've loved more of Catwoman... They also made Bane out to be this unstoppable force when in turn the events in the end point to something completely different. And Michael Caine definitely went for the "hearts and minds."
