Personal recommendation: when you get the marker, take the engine out and wipe off the factory lube, then put on some fresh lube. Don't change any orings, just re-lube it.
After that, the reg measures pretty accurately from factory, so I'd say 2 cases should be plenty to get the bolt orings worn in.

Thanks for the info! Also when adjusting the feather touch screw is that something I'll just have to play around with? Or is there a procedure to setting FT?

Personally, I either set mine flush with the back of the marker (completely un-restricted) or I look at the vent port on the bottom and I set the screw so it's covering 1/4 of the port (3/4 of the way open)

Start up issue
I received my Vapor on Thurday. It IS a used one from TradeMyGun.com which was their personal teams gun according to them. All the orings are good and the lube is good. I am using a low pressure tank. When i turn on the air, SOMETIMES the bolt shoots forward and air starts leaking out like crazy, to the point where it would dump the full 3,000 PSI in less than 10 seconds. SOMETIMES it works fine when I turn it on. When it does that, I have to push the bolt backwards then try turning the air on again. Any ideas? Once it actually works, there is 0 issues with it whatsoever. No chopping, no breaks, no leaks. Perfectly consistent due to your tuning guide, Thanks by the way!! It stays within 5 FPS every shot.

I had that trouble once, its an bad oring in the bolt engine somewhere. I forgot which one I replaced. I had the exact same symptom though. I could play all day if it was working. Its been working perfectly since I changed that oring, though I have not gone out for quite a while. I am waiting for it to get warmer though I am really getting the itch to go back out anyways.
I would pull the engine out and check to see if there is any awkward side to side shifting, iirc all the orings should fit pretty snug except the ones on the bolt guide are looser compared to other markers. Im sure promod will be able to help you more with this. I haven't worked on my marker for 2+ months.

I would replace the bolt sail oring (016) and the rear bolt guide oring (013)
It could also be your HPR, but I'd leave that alone for the time being.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will grab some O-Rings as soon as possible and try it out and get back to you. I'm going to order O-Rings for the HPR also, but what does 7.8x1.9bu/70 mean for the O-Ring sizes? I get that #14 is 014 and so on. I ordered a 10X boxed rebuild kit from O-Ring Monkey so I can rebuild the entire gun including the HPR.

Do not rebuild the entire gun right away. Find the Oring thats giving you troubles. If you rebuild all at once there is a chance of creating a new leak. You should always replace orings one at a time.

V3 parts are a different firing can, a new breech oring I believe? And a voltage regulator to being voltage for the mood down from 9v to 6v.

For that it would be best to ask ProMod or maybe Shootnpoo or just email machine. I'd register my vapor and get them if I were you if you haven't already. They should be sent free of charge so really there's no reason not to get them.

Worst case ProMod will get you taken care of and if you don't like it you can flip it for something more to your liking. I shot a V2 a few months ago and loved it. And my cotton candy V3 should be in my hands within a week.
