Question about my bird

Im hoping someone out here knows a little about birds, my lovebird recently started plucking feathers off of its chest and i was wondering if they will grow back? we were out of town for a while and left her with our grandma and she never played with him.

yea, i have some like 6 birds, a macaw and some amazons and a couple random other birds, it will grow back, just give it attention. alot of times they pluck their feathers do to no seeing their owners or stress, thats right birds have stress. we went to carilona a while back and left our amazon at a peet store, we came back to find him nearly bear skin because he had plucked himslef, but we payed attention to him and now hes all green again, no worrys dude
