Ty, will make sure those 2 rings receive extra care. Another question, at what point am i raising my dwell too high? Would like to avoid breaking something...
I am playing in 110 degree heat ( no joke, do work ) and dwell at 16. (when marker started farting, i uped to 16.5 on the field to get my kill)

Lubing after 1000-2000 shots is insane. Ive went months without lubing other guns before and play every weekend. Like the one guy said, how are we supposed to play xball matches where we shoots 4-5 cases per person in a day? Am i gonna have to break this thing down in the pits after every case?

Not break down, turn pull lube, push turn play.

I believe there are people playing xball with Demons... I think there's a post above that mentions it.

Here: "Well I always lube it right before playing. We play 2 half of 25minutes at 15 bps. Canadian Xball "

I lubed mine before play yesterday and had no problems. Unfortunately, I only shot a case, but it seems my problems are solved by lubing at the right time.

Have you checked to see if your drive train is unscrewing at the back cap?

with only 120 seconds in between points to: walk off the field, get air, get more pods, clean off, and walk on the field, this still doesnt leave me much time to lube the gun

Yeah, Ill never lube a gun between 2 points, ill throw it in the bag and take a gun that can play a full day instead.

i lube the night before play every time. After using dow 55 on the inner o-ring to have it swell and seal my new routine is... Dow 33 on every o-ring and the guide and can. then i take vaseline and only use it to lube the bolt.

put it all back together and that will last me about 10k shots. ive used it for full tourny days with no worries.

gun has about 33k shots on it and with my lube routine i now get always +2 and -2 at the chrono. Even shot 285 four times in a row the other day.

but to answer the question if you lube it correctly you shall only have to do it the night before

Fair point ,
Though with that short time, I'd run off the field and get my stuff sorted.
Only wish I had the energy, still nice to think and dream Lol

If you are having to lube your marker between 1000-2000 shots you are either under lubing or you have an oring fitment issue.

I would change out your orings by doing a fitment test on the most crucial orings.
Sail 019
Bolt drive oring 017 buna not Polly (3rd inner can oring)
Inner guide oring 806

Try useing a different lube other than the one you are currently useing as Dow33 will dry up in a Demon cause of the entire system is dynamic.
Vasoline is great on the demons so is Dow 55.

the vaselin in hot conditions is turning to liquid (almost)
and when i put more lube in it it just end up clogging the eyes.

it works when i change the orings sail 019 bolt 017 and guid drive orings but wonder if these is in poor quality its like they wear to much
