Thats good to know! I'll order a tool kit shortly. Kinda want the knob too if I ever "need" it on the field? :shrugs shoulders:

Please don't.
Really, we put any paintball related penny auction sites on the filter as they pop up. The person who runs that has/had a long history here, and all of his sites are on our filter. The long and short of the penny bid deal is that you buy a bidding penny for a dollar, and then gamble that you're going to "win" your bid well under its value. The only people who really come out ahead are the people who run those sites. Want someone to make $5000 on a hopper? Seems crazy to me.

I picked up a spare knob/pin assembly from discountpaintball.com not too long ago. They had them marked for the ar:k but it's the same. They may still have um.

Well send me the plastic part and I will make you a fresh one for free- ill even ship it back in a bubble wrap envelope for free. I'd like to get my work out there so people have a person to go to for lexan panels.

Ain't that the truth, best not to open up about how so many of us feel about said people(s). The swear filter and page limit on characters would break....

Yeah, the sb's grips ****ing suck.
The plastic part has a thicker portion where the screen and front is. The metal fits into the front of the frame.
The gun should come with extra inserts to help you shape whatever image you want to fit between the two panels.
If I were you, get the leather A1 grips.
Feels much more... "right".

Oooooh, aaand in addition to knurling, what it you could mill the screw holes a bit wider and fit in either a teeny rubber "washer" or some metal bushing-like thing to reinforce the grips to prevent them from splitting...
Oh, and palm swells, contoured along with the frame...
Awwwwww yeeeeaaahhh

Well now your just getting picky....
So I'm tired of the cocker sitting around... Think I may just post it for sale with the terms that the resulting cash will go direct to charity. Thinkin St. Jude's or something. It's not doing me any good sitting so why not repurpose it a bit and help out a little...
