This is false... the idea of "fresh" paint in general, and especially the idea of "fresh" Valken paint.
Valken paint comes from China or Malaysia and sits on a boat for a while during shipping. So Valken paint is never "fresh," it has always been kept a while.
Dye is also making paint overseas.
I believe Procaps is Canadian and Kee is American.
However, even with an American manufacturer the paint goes from manufacturing, to a distribution warehouse, to a store/supplier, to the field, to you. This is not a rushed process to try and get the paint to you before it expires because "fresh" paint is a fallacy.
