Good build "bag of it." Only suggestions would be going with DDR3-1866 and a CM Hyper 212 Plus over the Zalman HSF.
Planning on overclocking? Need the hyperthreading? What do you plan on using the system for?

It's gonna be primarily for gaming. I did some research and changed a few components. Heres the new list

Everything on the list looks good. The only questionable thing on the list is the ADATA SSD. If it has solid reviews and you can find benchmarks on it which performs well, go for it; it is a good deal for a 256GB SSD.
I assume you have a case you're going to use?
Build the machine, over clock to 4.4Ghz comfortably, and enjoy.

A lot of OC'ing revolves around having an unlocked chip. Beyond that it isn't too hard to do; but you do need to understand the limits of voltage, temperature, and stability.
As M98 said, Overclock.net and YouTube has a lot of great content to understand overclocking as well as specific information for common motherboard and CPU combinations.

The 3570K is unlocked, the K suffix designates so. You can run them up to 4.7Ghz on water cooling or 4.5Ghz comfortably on air. Pretty simple process to do so.
Since I have an ASRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard, I read through this guide and went on from there: http://www.overclock.net/t/1198504/c...k-edition/0_20

Just took apart my grandfathers old prebuilt desktop.
Never realized prebuilts held such treasured SATA cables.

Delicious.
Also, is O-face building a new rig? Guess I missed whatever was posted and I'm too lazy to go back.
