The only time I used inserts was to drop the FPS a LOT for indoor play.
Otherwise I just adjusted through the HPR like Invazn...

I beg to differ on that ... The spacers do not do as much as the flow tips the spacer just makes less air be used but the pressure increase is very slight only about 15 psi my nt has a blue flow tip (dont have green yet) and te red spacer in it it is very quiet an has almost no kick at all shooting 285-290 but if u use the red flow tip u will have to up the pressure alot and that causes nts to be rough on paint
