in the degassed state *it being forward* push the button in as much as possible and pull forward on the asa. The button will then be able to be removed through the side you push it and the asa will come off

if you look at 25f, there is two slots. when pulling the button will move to the larger section which will allow it to come out the side you push it. you do need to push the button in quite a bit while pulling

Yea it gave me a little bit of a fight getting it off. All the orings appear to be fine still changing them out any ideas on what else may be causing the leak?

you checked the pin oring in 25h and possibly take off the asa and check between it and the body

Took everything apart and looked all springs are good had some paint everywhere cleaned it up. Don't have air so I can't test it but everything looks fine and it's a New thing of macro so I know it wasn't that causing the leak

Sometimes they leak, when the Allen bolts that hold it on have come loose.
Remove the whole assembly, clean the O ring in the slot in the frame and lightly re grease.
Has to be pretty tight when put back together.

Hi ssnickers,

What marker is it you have? Just to help determine POPS you have.

Can you also let me know where the leak is specifically coming from?

Thanks

TomO
