I'm the captain of my team, the Colorado Nighthawks. I have full control over what happens to the team, what events we go to, and when we practice and stuff. My teammates have a considerable say in what we do as well. If I can only get one person to come one day, but everyone else is available another day, I'll move the practice to the day that most of them can go, even at my own inconvenience. To make me leave, it'd take a major catastrophe like having no money or everyone on the team dying or something. I founded it, and I'm sticking to my guns!

I play for a team and I am loyal to them. I try to make as may practices as possible and respect others. Something big would make me leave because I have bonded and we are a true team.

I'm not on a team but what would make me leave would be everyone getting too serious. I like winning, but I'd rather have fun than win. I hate it when people start yelling at teammates and getting mad over something that's supposed to be for fun
