If you follow promod's eye cover fix the eye covers will stay in and not randomly fall out. Its super easy to do and save some trouble for you in the future. The guide is in his sig. If you cant find it anyone of use will gladly walk you through it. So no worries on your new purchase.

It didn't just randomly fall out. I think someone wiped it down and rub against the latch. I've done the same in the past and had it pop off, someone else cleaned it down and was not as careful. Just have to be careful. My only gripe is the new company pains in getting parts when needed. Don't lose the eye cover, it will cost you.

define small bore; here's my mentality;
At or under .682 and REALLY brittle gets the pooty bolt over the V2 (REALLY brittle = breaks across seam from 3ft fall). If it's just rec-ball with non REALLY brittle paint (bounces at 3ft, breaks from head or shoulder), I prefer the V2..... Keep in mind, paint here can bore anywhere from .676 to .690
over .682 gets the V1. |

any clue why one of my vapors is 3 pods less efficient than my other two? that particular vapor also gets some fsdo
