Just found this thread but want to give credit. the anti-jam or reverse button on my z2 board broke off. I have no clue how, just took the backplate off and it was gone. I will add that the reason I did not notice it until that point is because I did not have anything even close to resembling a jam all day. regardless, I called kee and was trying to get the spare button, only to have the woman on the phone ask "wouldn't it just be easier if we replace the board?" Well yes it would wonderful lady, ok whats your address, gave it in, received new bard a couple days later. Empire/kee has made a fan of me.

Exactly what happen to me with my reg. I was quite happy. Im gonna be shooting Axes and Minis until someone convinces me otherwise.

Same thing happened with my board.

Me - I think my button on my board died

Compare this to my last interaction with Dye. No your DM11 is out of warranty (maybe 2 months) but you can buy a new one for $25 bucks and we'll mail it to you (3 weeks to this part of Canada) 3 weeks later I get the part, perfect timing because I'm playing the next day. Wait the tophat they sent doesn't fit on my can. On further inspection the top hat I was sent is USED and the threads are jacked. I call them back and tell them my issue, she says she'll check with the tech. Immediately comes back on the phone and says "I'll ship you a new one" 3 weeks later I'm finally playing again. I cracked an eye pipe and they wouldn't ship me a replacement without sending the old one across the continent.
