Damico's: 80 15, 16

Cable rows: 155x12 165x10 200x6
Deadlifts: 315x8, need to stop neglecting these.
The cable stack maxes at 210, will have to get creative.
Nice change from 5x5, get a better MMC from this.

Went to the pool to swim some laps, had the entire olympic pool to myself. Was weird having 3 lifeguards just supervising me though
Blood pressure feels like it is lower.
