Benched 270 today, haven't been able to bench that much since I was 19, now 21.
Hopefully going to break it Friday.

Shoulder still prevents me from doing heavy squats. I only do 225 or my arm bothers me.

On a related note, my squat is getting stronger. Got a 365x2 preactivation, 90 degrees <6sec bar speed pretty comfortably.

I'd do a double at 375 next week, SW. No need to push too fast, your preactivation should just be pumping up the total power output of the myorep sets. That's where the real winning is done

I didn't feel like this day was as pure as yesterdays if that makes any since, I don't think I was doing the hang cleans properly as I have only done them once before today.
really looking forward to tomorrows workout, If I can get a buddy to come lift with me I will upload some videos.

Just had a good leg/shoulder day. Last day in my gym for a while, probably. Might slip in after my last summer class on Friday but other than that I'll be stuck to free passes at Anytime Fitness and a couple free days at the YMCA. Can't justify driving 40 minutes each way to get to the gym.

I am sick of driving to my gym too barber, 30 minutes away. I am going to lift at the local high school tonight because I can't stand the drive anymore.
