HS pulldowns for 5 sets
CG cable rows, worked up to 170 for 5
cable pullovers fst7 style
face pulls and two sets of delt flies
straight barbell curls
hammer curls
cable curls fst7

Ran a mile ~10 min (Legs were a bit tired from running the other day and working all day)

I can't bring myself to actually do it in the main room tbh, the closest you got was the last one i posted from the gym, but the iphone quality always comes out blurry which makes me look much softer than i am

You ran a 10 minute mile? My broken *** just did 3 miles this morning @ 9min/mile for a "light jog" lolololol.
And sorry, I forgot to get back to your PM. I don't remember where/what I got a running plan from - or if it was even me. Look up couch to 5k or something like that...good plan.

Yesterday's DC Workout saw me finally hit my gym's top DBs for DB Flat Bench. Got 100lb DBs 8, 4, 3. Felt surprisingly light. Kinda sad my gym doesn't go any higher, I feel like it'll only take two or three weeks to be able to bump up.

smith close grip bench
cable pushdowns straight bar-this single lift has done the most for my triceps. i now use the whole stack and add 45 lbs and got 15 reps so im not sure what im going to do next time. i dont want to add even more weight i know ill break something on the cable cross machine.

You don't realize how little I run. I haven't ran over 100 meters since freshman year of high school (6 years). I'm more so easing my way into it. I know I could do an 8 minute mile right now, but I have trouble pacing myself. I tend to go too fast and get tired easily.
And this was after a 10 hour shift of walking all day so my legs were tired. I did a 13 minute mile and a half a couple days ago and it wasn't too bad.
Tldr;
Cardio = no bueno

i am prolly in the best cardio shape of my life currently, i am very interested to go see what my mile time would be
tryin to convince my cousin to go with me so i can push myself a little more, but he just aint havin it

I'm not saying this is a good time. I just listed it for future reference so I can compare my times. Like I said, my legs were tired after a long day of walking at work. Plus, I didn't push myself that hard. Was probably about ~75%.
My only goal is to be able to run 1.5 miles in about 10 minutes.

was it on the treadmill or on a track? big difference imo
i cant remember when it was but i did my first mile under 10 minutes a while ago. I would be ****in ecstatic to break the 8 minute barrier when i try again soon, might be tomorrow actually.
pretty solid back/bis/forearms day
