Telling how many full reps you get isn't rocket science

People have a habit of making indistinct statements when lieing.
When I say "about" or use "-", I'm meaning that the last rep or so loses proper form.

With the deadlifts, I start off with two 45's to warm up my back a little, add on 4 more 45's and continue warm up, One more set with yet another two 45's added, then move onto my actual sets. On a average day I do right around 405 as my working sets. If I'm feeling great from there, I'll up it to 455 and get out as many reps as I can, which is around 2 sets of 2 reps and one extra rep at the end.

Call me a liar if you want, I honestly don't care. Like I've said before, progress is the only thing that matters for me. It doesn't matter what you guys doubt or think about a routine. At the end of the day, it's the same for everyone. Progress is everything and nothing else matters.

i think if you posted a picture we would be able to accurately determine what is preventing you from doing a pull-up. i don't really think form is the issue, either 1. you're too heavy or 2. you aren't strong enough or 3. both. a picture should be able to help us diagnose your problem.

I usually do around 10 or so reps. Most of my warmups are mobility work, a bit of stretching, band traction, bodyweight movements, etc. Then I do a set of empty bar work, then slowly add weight. On bench I usually go something like:

bar
95
125
135
155
175
190

Or something like that, just depending on how I feel. Squats may go:

bar
135
185
225
275
315

And deadlifts:

135
225
275
315
335
365


I vary my warmups quite a bit based off of what weight I'm trying to work up to, what volume I'm aiming for, what I feel like that day, etc.

The point was that you also warm up with the bar first


I usually lift first thing in the morning so starting light is definitely a concern for me.

Try them with a straight or cambered bar attachment as well, I prefer them that way

i think my goal for deads was 405x10 by the end of summer, but i got 425x9 two weeks ago, so i think its safe to say i achieved that.

gained so much strength off this HIT training, but i feel like i need more volume. im going to increase volume starting tomorrow i think itll go well.

I've been meaning to brag all weekend and kept forgetting... set a new PR for reps on deadlifts Friday- 585x2. I probably could have gotten one more, but I knew my form was going so there was a high probability for injury and I needed to be fully functional for the remainder of the evening. That said, I may try for 3 or try to increase the weight next workout. Just pulled doubles all the way up:
