Friend came over and my bro was home so i popped a Chamblay Noir from 08 and a fresh Maharaja(dont worry ive still got one for you NE) they were both really impressed by the Noir, as was i, but im a few beers deep and didnt bother with note on this one. suffice to say, like any good belgian dark should, the complexity had many layers, most of which were indiscernable at this point in age. the dried fruit from the yeast was there as well as a nice dry finish. my friend was impressed with how easy drinking it was for a "dark" beer. he need more education on belgian styles, me thinks.

Yes. We only get Atlantic and coho salmon here, along with rainbow, brown and brook trout. Kings can get nearly double the sizenof the biggest steelhead and Atlantic's. |

I hit up rainbow trout almost daily. I live on a stocked lake so for the first two months its almost too easy. Some days its literally bait up, cast out, count to 30 and a fish will be on.

yuck i hate stocked trout, for one their meat is all mushy for some reason. the stocked lakes around here only have like 10-16 inchers too. it is like shooting fish in a barrel though, they hit off everything.
edit: i ****ing hate wine. a single sip of that **** makes me feel like aids. pretty much the only stuff i drink now (in order) is gin, bourbon, scotch, beer.
