What is some good genuine tournament legal head protection? A beanie is not enough protection. Just got domed last weekend and it rang my bell. I was told by a M.D. that hits like that lead to senility in older ages, and that's the low end of the effects. I'm looking for something I can buy and use quickly as I don't want to miss a beat with my practices.

Hundredth Monkey caps and mullets are an option, if you can find them.. I think Empire made something like them as well.

I've heard of and looked for Hundredth Monkey Turtle caps and Empire caps, but I don't believe Hundredth Monkey is still in business and I can't find Empire caps new anywhere.
