Hole in wall.

Alright, so my brother and i were wrestling, and long story short, he went through the wall(dry wall type) and there is now a 3-4 foot hole in the wall. Would any of you happen to know how mch it will approximately cost?

if your parents happen to have drywall and paint sitting around and someone knows how to put up drywall...nothing.

otherwise you're probably lookin at 500bux.

I was pissed one day and punched a hole in my wall. About 2x the size of a fist and a huge indention around it. I plan on trying to fix it myself.

One time there was a hole in my bathroom wall. It went unfixed for awhile and with all the moisture in the bathroom mushrooms started to grow out of it.

I go with dan. Well what color is the wall. If its white, put a piece of printer paper over it, then put clear tape over it. itll buy you some time.

most general contractors will ask anywhere from 3-500bux.

unless they're like your friend

What do I do if the drywall is textured?

I'll have to find a place that carries the same wallcovering.

3-5 foot hole is too big to patch up, you have to get a new piece of drywall. Get a new piece, nail it down etc then get some dry wall mud. Mud over all of the nail holes 2-3 times letting dry 24 hours. After that is all done, get fine grit sand paper, and sand the dry wall mud away. Good as new. It will probably cost you 20 bucks if you do it yourself, if not, you're looking at 2-300 dollars.
