I am looking to buy a new reg for my Geo+/Dark Timmy. I have tried plenty of other regs, but I am trying to find a very consistent one.

I don't know anyone who has had an AKA a reg. So I am lookin for a little feedback on them. I may be in a biased place but you all look honest enough.


I am thinking of either a sidewinder or SST. What are the differences between them and how do you like them compared to other regs you've used?

The picture of the SST on AKA's site looks either raw or chrome. Is that how they come?

There is a few good regs out there, The palmer stabilizer, all the aka regs. the dye hyper reg 3...

Anyhow the SST comes all black.

Anyhow you should search around for reviews! The SST is supposed to have 3 times the flow rate of the sidewinder... which only matters if you like shooting really fast!

You might want to check the pressure on your Sidewinder. The adjustment screw is out way too far.

I've got a 2-Liter that I really like. I just couldn't get into the styling of the Sidewinders.
