manifold screw.

I haven't touched mine in a long long time, so today i decided to play around with it.

My question is that is the screw supposed to be blue loctited in?
Because at first it was really hard to move and now its super easy to spin.

Its been so long that I have forgotten if I ****ed up or what..

If I remember right mine had blue loctite on it also. Reason being that dissimilar metals can work their way lose over time. Loctite is also a thread sealant.
