I moved to the area about a year ago and just got back into playing. I've been out to pev's just about every month and it's been great. Good people and some fun courses.
If you want speedball, most people come out on saturday's and sunday's.

Not sure about weekday play, but for weekend play just call ahead and reserve a case. Day of it's about $79 a case, but calling ahead will get you a case of premium for about $54. They do have lower end paint, but not always out in the Aldie pro shop. You can pick that up ahead of time at the Fairfax pro shop usually.

Hope it helps.

This is not correct. You do not need to "call ahead" to reserve paint at the Aldie Pro Shop any longer. If you have your own equipment, the paint is $55 a case.

Pev's is a great field to play at. If you're into recball play you have several scenario play. If you're into tournament style play, you have at least one airball field set up on the turf. Weekday play starts on Tuesday, July 3rd. They'll be running games from 3-7 on Tuesday's and Thursday's for the remainder of the summer.

Pevs is a FPO facility and you have to use their paint. Buying in advance at the Fairfax store is usually the better way to go. They have several varieties ranging in price from the $40's through about $55. If you have questions or can't make it out to Fairfax, call in advance to Aldie and you may be able to get the cheaper pricing in advance. If not the more expensive paint is for sale on the weekends at the field. There are usually a significant number of players at the field on Saturday and Sunday, with most teams there on Sunday. Since they haven't had weekday games yet, it's hard tos ay how many you'll pull on a Tuesday or Thursday night. I know I'll be there both days next week.

Wish they would've just told me that, but good to know. Thanks.

This isn't consistently enforced.

For summer play, see the post on their page:
