that's why I said "(whether you agree or not)" don't really care what you think. I know the science and it doesn't make sense but my perception is it's flatter.

Gonna agree with this... but I have to say I personally didnt like my g6r's trigger. Everyone else likes them though, so Im sure Im in the minority, aside from that I hate lprs since I wrap my thumb. Another reason I got rid of my g6r, I didnt go for the victory platform because of the trigger.

I would be interested to see what he could do.
I've also heard that he would never make a spool due to its lack in efficiency. But then again bob had pulled some nice tricks from his sleeves.

I think Bob would be able to make it work. As Tim mentioned, there is an proven platform that is not patented that works very well.

Make it reliable, smooth, quiet and relatively efficient... with ergos similar to the Luxe/Vapor, then charge a few hundred dollars less than the competition.

If BLAST made a spool it should have a LPR, be a balanced design, be super smooth and quiet with fewer pieces than the clone. The clone for me is the benchmark spool with the DMs right behind it. Being able to fine tune the LPR is ideal as well as being able to adjust the volume of the dump chamber. Having shot almost exclusively spools since 06 I'd volunteer to test one. (An incorporated eigenring of sorts would be perfect.)
As for trajectory... milling lines and the angle of the internals relative to the barrel (the luxe is at like 2.5* iirc) create an optical illusion. Spools and poppets have the same trajectory. Please just trust physics on this one.

I do trust the physics, I know it's just perception, but perception is reality to those who perceive it.

Close. They might be a good starting point, but need a lot of refinement. The problem with designs like that (the clone is somewhat similar internally) is that the efficiency is what it is. There is not a good way to change the volume of air used. The matrix line can use a number of things to reduce the volume of the dump chamber from a top hat mod to the eigenring.

Who'd buy one??

I'd probably buy one.
BUT It would depend on the milling and if it comes in a case with tools, lube, and a proper manual.

^^^This! I think it would be more immediately beneficial to BL and the paintball community if he developed a manufacturing process that is as efficient as the G6r!!!

Seriously? Perception is your reality from a purely philosophical stance. Let's not make this a PE debate and try to stay on topic.
Back to the topic... forgot to mention that I'd also like the LPR in a location that doesn't affect wrapping. The PM8 or DM locations were both pretty nice.

I bet it would come with awesome milling, smooth, quiet and great efficiency for a spool. OLED and cam drive please.
And then Id want a heads up before release, so I can sell my Luxe.

The mummy had a quest lpr block on it
Unless he could price it below the competition I don't see where a BL spool would fit in with the G6R and Vic.

How could you not want to see Bob's version of a spool? I'm all for it.

What if Bob made the Victory a spool? With the lpr and macroless design
