That's a pretty low move to cut Fitch. The guy gets KO'd by the #1 contender, wins his next fight and gets fight of the night performance, then gets beat by another top 3 or 4 contender? Bogus
The UFC is a business, the sport comes second. Makes perfect sense from a business standpoint to cut Fitch. He's upper echelon when it comes to pay, but his fights are boring as hell so he isn't a draw to TV or events.
Rather have someone exciting taking his spot.
PS- Fitch getting Fitched by Maia was amazing, it was the only fun Fitching fight to date.
The only guys i know who were cut were Fitch, Russo, and Mills.
I don't think Fitch deserved to be cut but I can see why. Not sure how Russo has been doing. Che Mills was garbage his last two fights. He let Rory McDonald btfo out of him and then let Riddle lay on top of him for 3 rounds. I'm interested to see who the next 100 will be.

Machida and Henderson kinda disappointed me, Hendo was head hunting like a mofo (but he actually threw kicks ) and Machida thought they were at a rave with his invisible glowsticks.
Liz and Ronda stole the show, that was epic.
I think I was most impressed by Liz and how she really took it to Ronda, almost crushing her jaw like that. The whole bar was going NUTS and they never do that, even during the biggest fights.

The fight was awful! Can't even really call it a fight, and machida certainly shouldn't earn a title shot for that disgrace, if I wanted to watch two dudes dance for 15 minutes I'd watch glee or some gay ****

Machida is a pure counter-striker. The pace of his fights are always going to depend on his opponent. Hendo doesn't have much in the toolbox other than his big right hand and he rarely mixes it up.
