Ok I just had my first work out with a whole bunch of mma fighters/people trying to loose weight, waking up today felt like I got hit by a truck. But for some reason I don't feel satisfied with it. Is there another kind of work out that can get me the same results.
I keep hearing of new kinds of work outs but but so may to choose from. Suggestions but with no coach. Self motivated
