I haven't measured my legs in a long time. I'm planning on taking all my measurements and taking pics before I ship, and then remeasuring and taking new pics when I get back. Should be interesting.

Mine are only 23". But, considering about 2-3 months ago they were 22" I won't complain.

Sitting at a steady 184-185. Usually fluctuate with weight UP to around 186-187 now.

But I still feel like, "Wo was gains that day?" (6-weeks of bulk on LEMUR 2.0; +1 Week Bulk on PHAT)
Still not that big either. I guess that's being 6' for you.

BF%: Unsure what it is now. But I don't think it's increased all THAT much.

I don't know what's wrong with my arms. I just don't feel like they are responding and don't really know what to do.

I have a tough time with any continuous bent over row. DB Row is rough on my left shoulder when doing the right side too (tired of these injuries...)

Started doing the HS Low Row machine...so see how I respond to that.

If you don't yet, try hitting them twice per week with heavy compound movements. I believe that arms are small enough of a muscle group that they can be trained twice per week. With bicep movements take a second at the top of the movement to squeeze them. They are probably just not genetically prone to growing quick so they'll take a little longer to get big.

Someone else I know (over the interwebz) had a problem where his forearms were doing most of the work when he did bicep movements. He did forearm work before he hit biceps and said that did the trick. Maybe try that if your forearms are really strong.

Maybe try that if your forearms are really strong.
They aren't lol. I also will say that I can isolate biceps well. They've just always been, on the long list, the laggiest body part.

My fav tri excercises are

CGBP
Dips
cable pushdown with the V handle
remember to use good form because its easy to use **** form with those, then your shoulders get too involved

for bis i like
standing barbell
close grip preacher
standing dumbell with a slow negative. i do 2 second eccentric on every lift but for these I really like to control the negative

My arms have always been a strong point though I have never had a problem growing them I guess.

Arms are also relevant to bodyweight. I know for me my arms wont grow until I start gaining weight in general.

I may nix BB to be honest. I can feel the left picking up the right's slack during heavy sets.

I dunno. I think if I give it a few months I'll look 20x better. I'm just a bit tired of being in the gym working my *** off, and seeing a dude who curls 5x a week and leaves looking 50000x better.

mine's still recovering from when i was fat.

I feel the same way DT sometimes so I know that feel. You feel like you should be a monster because of how hard you work but it's about consistency. Putting on serious mass takes a long time.

I've been doing what I call "Jackal Rows," where you set up a V bar on a cable station and get a box where the handle is level with your insteps as there is tension on it. Stand on the box like a scrummy about to pick up the ball:

Fully contract your lower back, row into your dick v, pause at top, lower it back controlled, and repeat. The feeling (at least for me) ends up being very much like a motorcycle row, but for your lower lats and center back.
