I eat anything and everything I can at the chow hall (military) and go back for seconds every time(I'm paying for the **** might as well) and now that you mention it.. today I did have pasta, potatoes, rice, garlic bread, some other **** (anything i can possibly grab) for lunch and I've downed a lota carbs via weight-gainer shakes throughout the day..
I don't watch my calories, carbs, anything.. if I don't eat I'm gonna lose weight so I eat everything I possibly can.. as long as I'm making gains in the gym, measurements and scale is going up, that's all I'm concerned with right now
I usually wake up around 175lbs.. weighed myself right now, 184lbs and took those pictures a few hours ago so yes I guess I'm bloated. I'm 5'10 if it matters.
edit: also as far as hitting arms.. I don't really concentrate on arms (just recently started focusing more on arms).. so any "crazy arms" (I don't think so) is from compound lifts/secondary arm-work
