You might want to have some weight to cut off first. Right now you are a typical skinny fat average kid who looks like he doesn't even lift.

I'm not hating on you, this is how give I advice/criticism. Your diet is awful, I can tell by your body. The other issue here is that you are lagging in gym intensity. You can still have a relatively poor diet compared to BB standards but look like you lift--you need to get some muscle on you. You need to eat way more providing it's of good quality.
Post your diet so we can look at it.

Follow mine. Snack all day, consume 1-2 energy drinks a day, and pound triples at Wendy's or a couple mcdoubles and mcchickens from McDonald's.

And here is like a typical day of food
Meal 1
1 cup egg whites with 1 reg. egg
1 cup of oats
Meal 2
6 oz tilapia
1 cup of brown rice
Meal 3
7 oz of chicken breast
1 sweet potato
Meal 4
6 oz lean ground beef
1 cup of brown rice
Meal 5 ( post workout shake)
50 grams of whey
25 grams of carb max
Meal 6 dinner
-1 cup of ground turkey

Idk man. Keep adding another 500-1k cals daily to your diet until you start noticing some weight gains.
There's no major source of fat in your diet, so you could increase calories there.
Could also manage slamming down another 100-150g of CHO.

Yea will I have fat in the diet I didn't put it up there but that I usually get from olive oil ,egg yolks and nuts .
