Definitely agreed on cutting the arguing, there are enough issues in the world as is

I apologize thought, Lost...I honestly thought you were being facetious with your comments, hence the meme reference.

On an honest note towards your pics though, your bicep extends really far up your arm...I can see a clear division between mine and my shoulder, but the size of your seems to stay consistently large all the way up to your shoulder. Interdasting.

i have some pretty odd insertions for my biceps, dont mind it though. chest is my main concern and always has been, this probably attributed to me getting so defensive so quick. switched to some high volume and EXTREMELY high intensity training recently and it seems to be working well for me, that and being able to train pushing movements past failure with a partner have been a godsend for me.

he was referring to the proximal portion of the biceps correct, i see them as odd insertions because the distal portions never quite reach my elbow. origins are a bit different as well, thats genetics for ya

i have that same problem. when i'm wearing a t-shirt the average length sleeve won't show any bicep so arms look like i dont even lift unless i wear a tighter fitting or higher sleeve shirt. it's like a little over an inch above the inside of the elbow - pisses me off.

Da ****? You're right trap looks like the ****ing hulk, but your left is tiny. It's probably just the picture though. Still looks better than me though so I shouldn't complain.

Always mirred your bicep width. I have a high peak, but my arms look skinny as **** when they are relaxed. And like DJ, you can't see my bi's with a shirt on due to the higher insertion so that makes the look even smaller.

5'11" 186 currently. people at the gym say i look at least 200 but i dont see it, will forever see myself as a little guy. as i lose body fat im getting happier and happier with my physique though.
