I know your already aware, but I think this is some good info
These two people are both 10%, but as you can see, they vastly differ in definition. Also note that every person stores their bodyfat differently, (some more in legs, some more over stomach..). Some people may have visible abs at 14%, while others may have to go to a much lower BF% to see theirs.
Also, the only accurate BF test I'm aware of is the expensive bodpod test. Calipers and impedance testers tend to be horribly inaccurate, so IMO using BF% as a comparison is pretty stupid.

I was thinking I had maybe said that at some point because that has always been my sentiment. Though outside a selfish viewpoint Lurker would have been my next guess.

took a random/leg pics no pump
no I don't have abs unless i flex, not a concern right now
I love leg days but am only able to train them if my work schedule allows as I have to run/be on my feet a lot so days following leg days are ****ty as **** at work... thus not training them as often
edit: almost forgot.. flame away

I would suggest trying the Lurker Method for calves, didn't take me long for my calves to grow another inch with it.
Quote:
Calves
You should get all the way up onto the big toe for calf exercises. The negative should then take 7 seconds, with a 5 second stretching negative. This will burn. And hurt. One set of 11-20 reps in this fashion is all you need. I like to add a burnout set afterwards, of 20+ reps at the same weight, Without the negative or stretching, but pausing enough at the bottom that there is no momentum involvement.

^ Thanks mayne.. I'll be able to focus a lot more on legs/lifting in general in a few months here when my work schedule finally stabilizes for ~6 months and I don't have any "surprise 5 mile run!" bull****

I am going to disagree with Lurker. The more important thing is holding the contraction and then pumping blood in the muscle with lots of repetitions. Then fascia should be further broken down after with lots of stretching.

I usually do 20reps with the slow negative, no stretch. Then do a burnout set of fast reps.
Afterward I do a 30second stretch. If I'm at home I will place my toes on the crash bar and hold a "squat" position, squatting seems to stretch them better then just standing. If I'm at the gym I will just put a wooden box against the wall, stand with my toes on the edge and hands on the wall.

a good techinique i found today was when you have only a few reps left, kind of cheat your way up, but really focus on the negative. i felt it in my calves like no other.

In my opinion you either have calves or you don't simple as that.
Genetics is what it comes down too.

So you are either born with or without muscles. Thus if you are not born with big muscles you should not even train any of them because clearly you are genetically predisposed to having smaller muscles.
