Also thanks to the NPPL refs for the Chicago Open event since it wasn't mentioned above. Both formats take a lot of work to police properly sadly it is one of the most thankless jobs out there aside from the field prep & tear down which those folks should also get a shout out and thank you for allows us player to just show up and leave happy campers..

Yep, a big thanks to the refs. I had an awesome weekend and the great reffing staff was a major part of that. Actually all of the staff at CPX and the guys running the event need to be included in that.  |

I was just thinking about how good the refs and the staff at CPX were on the ride home. Great job out there. It was hot out there and you guys did a fantastic job despite the heat. |

You'd think in a giant game like LL5 you'd get bonus balled a lot when walking off but the refs were great about making sure people didn't get shot after they were out. They were also very effective at getting people to stop shooting if there was a safety issue at hand.

They did an amazing job listening to players. The main area with the airball bunkers by staging. People outside the nets were helping them out and they were listening when swarms of people rushed. They seemed to do a great job pulling people and assisting them out when they got shot. Very good refs!

Viper was telling me how good refs are one third of the magical equation to hosting a quality scenario event. They really came through this year.
And I was impressed with how many times a ref would casually ask me if I was drinking water and staying hydrated. Thanks for looking out!

The refs were bad *** and Marius was my favorite ref he ran all over hell pullin out the guys I was shooting at max ranges !!!!!

The reffing was top notch, and having such great refs just makes the game better.
Also, on the off chance that the ref with the clown hair and nose reads this, thank you for fetching my pods from the temple/aztec under heavy fire.
