I'm slowly getting back into playing and I've been getting all my gear together. I have a Dye UL and I noticed the inside is pretty damn filthy. I soaked it in water which got a decent amount of the gunk off but I can still see some particles inside. Any suggestions of what I could soak it in to give it a really good clean. Or is water and a squeegee the only real option.

After every day of play I run hot water and just dawn dish soap through with thorough rinsing. Then a paper towel pushed through until fully dry. Worked wonders for me for past 5 years.

A newer squeegee might help, one that is new and just bigger in diameter, to help get that sucker clean. I am sure there are a host of products you can use to get that barrel clean if its quickly removed (I.E. if you had to result to gun cleaners, for real guns, or something of the sort).
