white base coat, with a purple splash/blood splatter accents would be awesome looking. also might wanna try and get the krylon fusion spray paint its made to adhear to plastic better

get a disposable spoon and spray paint in it til i builds up an excess then fling the spoon at the dried white loader, paint will spread in a random splash like manner. ive used this technique once before for a silly art project.

go for it, if a drug and alcohol addicted jackson pollock can make millions off throwing paint at a canvas on the ground than im sure you can make a deccent looking splash on a rotor.
