give it a though cleaning, what are your board settings?

Check QEVs. Check the seats in the reg pistons. Make sure lines aren't clogged or leaking. Reset dwell and lpr to stock (flush and 10 ms). Clean lube noid spool. check/replace rammer orings and clean rammer housing. Check/replace orings on reg pistons.

Happened with my 07, clean the reg pistons.

If either, or both, of the reg seats (round flat plastic piece pushed into the end of the piston) the piston would need to be replaced. That would cause the problems you described.

So would bad QEV's or a bad solenoid.
