Hope this is the correct place but I wanted to share my positive experience with your service. I had a broken battery harness on the board & I shipped it out to you guys on Tuesday & you guys sent me a replacement board WITH new grips by Saturday. Now that's quick & great service. Not much else to say aside from great job & I love this board and company.

I'm also not affiliated with them in any way but it's a known fact that most people will not share thier good experiences with great customer service but will tell 7-10 people when they have a bad experience. Thanks again!!!

I have been using a 7th element board on one of my shockers for more than 6 months, good board, easy to tune

I just got my second 7th element board - software is 5.2 according to the manual- for another shocker of mine -Stock shocker, nerve board with stock settings, brand new 9V duracell , shoots like butter

I install the 7th element board

I want it to shoot ramping mode, ROF 10 bps , dwell 12 ms , ( just like my other shocker actually ) and after entering these values , the gun acts very heratic, like 10 semi auto shots then ramping at 15 bps for a second, and back to semi. Horrible. I tried every value without success, the gun never came to shoot properly. Reset to stock settings does not change much, looks like there is something wrong with the coding because it sounds bad even dryfiring ( nothing like the usual nice ramping thing any board would do )

Put the nerve back on, shoots nice ( so gun, air and battery are out of cause)

What do you recommend doing ?

Yes i know this... i called yesterday at a early time and this is the first time ive been able to get on the nation and do some research.

I know I thumbed up earlier, but I've been trying to get a replacement harness for the oled board on my etek 3 and am having issues.

They were prompt with their initial emails and said they would send it out, which was great. However it never came, and that was back in December we emailed. I emailed back several times but to no avail. Now stuck with a board that has no value, as the board does not display info so I can't adjust settings. That is a bowl full of suck.
