Honestly man from what I have heard from people the only thing it does is bypass the break-in phase. Just run paint through it.

Try using some soapy water solution to pinpoint the leak. Could possibly be a cracked manifold and those are really hard to pinpoint without soapy bubbles. If that is the case, i believe they do sell just the manifold instead of having to pick up a completely new solenoid.

Yup, that's what happened to mine.

Sounds like if your check valve is stripped out too it would just be easier to, a.) buy a whole new noid, or b.) send it in.

I would personally do that. A lot of the PE master techs at HQ know fixes they can't advertise that will save you $$$

If that back check assembly screw was really stripped out you'd probably need a new manifold either way. To the best of your knowledge, where was the leak before it got shot out?
