Neither is the best, both have good abilities. If I had to pick one I'd do samurai with 2 swords (even though it cost like 900jp) because throw is a worthless ability, and ninja's are stuck with it. Calculators pwn everything though, and you can give them draw out as a secondary, draw out basically being a free non-elemental summon. And samurai's have blade grasp, which is possibly the cheapest move in the game. Use preach every chance you get till your brave is maxed and you're like untouchable. Samurai is better.
