I found an european Website that sell smarts parts defender pants at a very very very low price but only in XXL size.

The problem is i do not know if smart parts pants sized large or small.

Is somewhone able to tell me that info ?
or
is somewhone having a conversion table US size<->european size ?

For information I'm 1,87 meter tall (6,14 feets) and my weight is 95kg ( 210 pounds)

XXL is going to be too big for you. I'm 230 and the XLs fit me pretty well.
