Ive taken apart and minorly lubed an Alias solenoid twice. Be very patient and very careful. If you dont feel confident in doing it, maybe not the best idea.

As stated above, Ive used very slight amounts of Dow 33 to grease.

It may not crap out but it may negatively affect the performance of the noid. Yeah, in the future, that's a bad idea. Little dabs of Dow 33 or synthetic oil will work MUCH better.
