Chicago Open Players Reminder: Installing You Virtue Chips
Just a reminder for players who didn't play HB but will be going to Chicago this week.
Here is an install video for the Planet Eclipse Ego, almost every marker is as simple as this aside from the Empire Axe which hopefully an install video will be done shortly.
The axe is just as simple to install. Just make sure you have the excess wires and virtue board in the frame under the grips. Don't expect anyone from the staff to help you out I had to figure it out by my self.
"Originally posted by B*FordPRO: I dont read the manuals to guns, I just shoot them and hope they work. If not, I have a tech do that for me. (This is what you call baller status and I am a baller)"
Also if your planning on being old school and using a shocker, DONT DO IT!
The chips are nearly impossible to install. I watched someone with a dynasty try to get his in for like 30 minutes-an hour
so when will the data from HB be uploaded?
i know it's available in paper form at Chicago right now, but those of us not at the event would like to see how many paintbulletz we shot in HB
You can find all of the "stats" from the Chicago Open at http://www.rof-fi.com/paintball-stat...-chicago-open/ I drove through a few states on the way home and they didn't seem to be totally off but maybe that was just the ones heading East.
If you thought there were issues with chips not reading properly stopping at the install area beside the registration hut would have been the place to ask questions. I could say a few things might have impacted a players stats but not knowing what issue you are saying caused them it makes for rather hard trouble shooting.
For the RF question below it would depend of what kind your using and the frequency that that type of RF works on. I will suggest to Virtue staff that they add a FAQ area to the Rof-fi.com website so there is not endless emails/posts about things which can be found out via searching the forum.
