Make sure the orings are properly fitted!!!!!!! Also make sure you used enough lube and the right kind. also check the oring between the frame and body?

Bolt sail oring should not be loose in the can
Rear inner can oring should not fit loose on the bolt
Try using black bolt guide orings

im assuming the marker was fine before today, and the oring fitment is good only thing i can think of is removing the FT screw if it isn't already out and flushing out the manifold screw and going from there.
Before doing any of the above, give the core a good lubing could just be dry. Unlikely but possible.

What parts do you have in the luxe?
Also lube your asa oring or replace it if its not looking good.
I would check your reg out also. Looking for inner damage to the main housing.

Stock bolt assembly. I've done everything that everyone has told me still just puffing. So i think i'm gonna go ahead and send it in to GOG if that a good idea. I'm not sure.

1.0 - 1.5 - 2.0 ?
It could very well be tight orings and your now getting bolt stick..
Up your dwell and fsdo and see if that helps. If it does then yep its bolt stick from oring sticktion.

Air out of the gripframe makes me think that your reg may have spiked and sent a high pressure to the noid. If you can, remove the noid and service it. Look for any small pieces of oring that may be in the spool. I would also clean out the manifold while you have the noid off. You may want to clean the reg and relube it.

You can open up one side of the noid and remove the spool that has the orings on it. But take it apart like your operating on a brain. If it doesnt go back together like it went apart your in for some fun...

I took apart the noid. No sign of oring pieces or anything was in good condition.

Get it all back together and see what happens. If you have another tank you may want to try that also.
