2011 g6r leaking from ASA
Between the ASA and frame, mostly from the left side (opposite from the air inlet in the frame). I've replaced my tank o-ring, soaked the pin o-ring in dow55, tried putting the pin in the other way in case I had it backwards, even put a little teflon tape down in the o-ring recess to make the rubber sit up a little higher. Even when I had enough tape under it where I could just barely cram the pin in there it still leaks. It looks like there's a spot for an o-ring right above what I'm assuming is the bleed hole? Although the manual doesn't mention it. Oh also, I was sitting there rotating the pin and I got it to hold for a little bit, leak testing with my mouth. Didn't hold for long though.
Please help,

pull the brass housing out of the ASA (straight out) and replace the orings inside.

Dont believe there is a brass housing on the 2011. What output is your tank?

low pressure, would I need a high pressure? And yeah, there is no housing, just a screw and a pin basically.
*consulting manual*
EDIT - searched the word "tank" in the manual and nothing relevant that I haven't already tried

Like wastedslayer said, replace the pin oring. I had this exact problem the other day changed the oring on the asa pin, and it fixed it.

I'm considering an o-ring a part, bottom line is I didn't have an extra one laying around.
Anyway, got a new o-ring, still leaking. Put it in a jar of warm DOW 55 over night, still leaking. What are my options now?? can I get a size 004.5 oring?

Where is it leaking from now, out of the front or between the frame and ASA or?

between the frame and ASA, I can see dow spraying up around there. And the on off screw oring you're talking about, is it the one on the knob end that sits down in the groove?

There is a small oring between the Asa and grip frame. Front right. Replace it.

Also, tried stretching out that pin o-ring by slathering it in DOW 55 and sliding it over the tip of a pen for 24 hours but still leaking.
A little background on this gun. I was annoing it for someone but couldn't quite get the splash he wanted to look right. Then he mentioned he was likely going to sell it anyway so I offered to buy it, and then ran it one last time in gloss purple and dust clear. We met up, I brought the parts and he brought the internals. Transaction completed and I began putting this thing together the best I could figure out (manual was not very helpful for this purpose IMO, no exploded views = ). So, it is very likely that I picked a wrong o-ring for somewhere in the ASA because this thing is just VOMITING air. Like I said, it is very obvious that there is a leak just by testing with mouth pressure. It will be helpful when I receive the orings in labeled bags and can match them up with the table in the manual. Hopefully this is just an o-ring issue and I don't have to replace the ASA. In all my years of annoing I've never had tolerance loss cause a leak this bad (and I've over-anno'd guns much worse that still don't leak) so I'm staying positive.

Good thing they were closed when I called. Also, did some searching and found out that the actual 2012 g6r ASA's won't fit either. Guess if a trashed ASA is the case (and I'm starting to accept that it probably is) I'll just have to call and see if I can get it replaced. I'm just hoping they won't gouge me on price for being an idiot.
