Snope Memorial Cup Reflection

For those who attended Event 1 and Event 2, how did things go this time around? Did the registration process go a lot quicker? Did game turn around times go faster? How did semi-finals and finals run?

This was my first event... I thought it went pretty well, but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between the event staff and the refs. I had a lot of different information coming at me at all times from the reffing staff about what was going on at any given time. All in all, it wasn't a problem. Things ran really smoothly and everyone did a good job.

Registration was fast. Game turn arounds were fast. The semi finals were confusing, but that's because I had no idea how they worked... that was my own fault though.

Great event. Fast turn around on games waited 5 min if that in morning for registration. Semi finals and finals started probably 15-20 min after prelims.

Registration was 1000x better and took me an entire...minute, if that. Had a small break between prelims and semi's (for 5 man at least, not sure about 3 man) but it wasn't any where near what it was at event 1, they did a great job improving where the first event fell short. Can't wait for event 3!
