I have seen this on other forums and I like the idea of it. On threads that apply to paintball (ie. ST / regular discussion forums don't count) it would be cool to implement a post reputation system for members. Members that post positive/negative information that is accurate can be awarded reputation points by other members. That way users that post useful information can be more easily identified to newer users. Points can be taken away by other members just as easily for inaccurate posts as well as no reputation points can be awarded for just so so posts. A users reputation could be visible next to the green check that shows when they are online or something for easy recognition.
Please discuss. I want to hear what others think. & please if my proposal is flawed or hard to understand please help me to improve so that I can clearly present my idea.
