Best way to unbind a 2 piece barrel

I've got a shaft2 barrel that is bound together. I was wondering if anyone from the nation had a super secret method for unbinding 2 piece barrel that won't **** up the barrel.

You know they are reverse threaded right?(I know basic question but it needs to be asked)

You could use 2 strap wrenches on each side to try to separate them.
Or
Two people grip opposite ends and twist.
Or
You could try heating it with a heat gun to see if it helps.

I thought only the Shaft3 and above were reverse threaded. It's the 2 piece off an sl66.

thanks for the advice though. I'll have to give 'em a try.

Dont use pipe wrenches! Good god! Use the strap wrenches with the rubber strap to separate them. Pipe wrenches will dig and total screw up the outside.

Haha yea...strap wrenches. I also used my eclipse mat to get a good grip on the back of my bob long kit. After a heavy cleaning I out a dot or two of oil on the front threads an o ring. Won't ever really back itself out but prevents binding well.
