We've had pilots here (where the two VAANG pilots are stationed) be so out of it on final that they had to be lifted out of the cockpit by crash and fire personnell. His approach wasn't pretty at all, and his wingman was flying along side him the whole way down.

But he is right. I live in carcinogen land. Had folks who were -117 and B2 guys back in my old shop who were going through chemo. I just burried a good man back in December after a long battle with cancer (He was a -22 for a long time). It's not a fun future to look forward too. I don't trust our charcoal filters one bit, especially with how long we are exposed to fine particals. (With the amount of use the filters get, we should be changing them every 2-4hrs, but people [i.e. higher ups] insist they are good for 48hrs of use. **** NO!)
