Sorry guys. We were debating this issue a bit but you guys pretty much nailed it already
. It's pretty self explanatory.
Remember, the onus on chrono and paint limits is up to the players. We will be concentrating more on the CONSEQUENCES of not being in compliance with the rules rather than ticky tack enforcement.
Confirmation of 60 round paint limit:
1. There will be a designated "Area of No Return" before entering the field.
2. A Blitz ref will check each player's 60 round paint count BEFORE entering this area. Once a player enters this area and has his paint checked, they can start paint distribution amongst their team as needed but they will NOT be able to bring in more paint.
3. If a Blitz ref decides to chrono players within this area, chrono will be taken out of the player's 60 rounds. No extra paint is allowed in the designated area for chronoing or if players accidentally drop paint. No markers/hoppers/tubes are allow OUT of the designated area after they have been checked.
4. Players are responsible for making sure their chrono is set under the 300 FPS limit BEFORE entering the designate area.
