Ccm kit won't autotrigger

Howdy guys, I'm back with more issues. After stripping my original pump arm and ordering a new one, I thought that I would be able to get everything working today. How do I adjust the auto trigger arm? The bolt that holds the arm will not turn and the gun will not cock while holding the trigger.

Also, this happened.

The autotrigger CAM needs to sit inside the grip frame hole perfectly against the sear, if you've placed the CAM into the hole incorrectly you wont be able to pull the trigger. from the looks of it though it looks like its sitting alright.. the auto trigger ARM being bent like that could most definitely effect the gun not firing either. This gun has seen some wear man...

It fires perfectly in single shots and cocks fine unless I try to hold down the trigger. I think I just need to adjust the arm but can't figure out how. The gun has anno scuffs because it's a trilogy with the loop filed off.

How hard are you pulling the trigger? It will move up and down as you're autotriggering. If you have a death grip on it, you'll have a hard time pumping. The autotrigger cam itself is not adjustable... Unless you consider bending the **** out of the arm an adjustment.. lol

Edit: Read your comments a little closer, can you pump it while holding the trigger? Are you saying it won't pump, or the seer won't catch?

Did you try adjusting the timing lug that's in the hammer?

I can't take the arm off as I cannot loosen the arm from the cam.

I can pump back but the seer will not catch if I am holding the trigger down. The arm is actually still straight, it just has a kink in it.

I will add that when the frame is off of the gun and the flat part of the cam is flush with the trigger pulled, it extends the arm almost perpendicular to the top of the frame.

You need to adjust your hammer lug, as Murz mentioned. That's how you time the autotrigger. You need to turn it in a bit, clockwise. Just don't go too far or you won't be about to release the seer.

The autotrigger being almost perpendicular when the flat part is flush is normal.

Is it my old eyes, or is that AT arm bent to ****? This could be causing mis-alignment between the trigger and the AT cam. I would look there first.

"The arm is actually still straight, it just has a kink in it."

No. If you look closely, the cam has rotated in relation to the arm.
