Well you guys should be testing the same day with the same paint, both with and without that oring. Playing one day and then another day doesnt mean much as paint changes from batch to batch.
I dont break paint anyway but if I did Id swap it up and test it for you guys.

I love how it shoots brittle-ish paint without breaking. |

love my NT also.... but I also have a VX which replaced my NT..... and now a recently acquired Luxe 2.0

omg I had 1 chop all day, shot through 2.5 cases and the chop was due to old paint. Compared to before this mod was so $$

Today I wanted to test this mod out
Prior to doing it i shot 10 balls of ultra evil and it chopped 7 or 8 of them.
After adding the o ring I shot two hoppers and not a single break. This mod completely fixed the gun. Hopefully enough people do it and post results, and eventually starts to increase our crappy resale value.
BTW I used the orange oring in my nt repair kit

I suppose that was caused by clipping? Whats odd is the dm doesnt suffer from this and its the same bolt/eyepipe combo.

I have been thinking/wondering the same thing. But that could be because of the 30ish psi difference actually striking the balls... Dm lpr set at about 75psi as compared to the nt 105-115ish. That's my guess |
